Abstract
- The scanning Hall probe microscope (SHPM) which can be used in magnetic fields up to <f>15 kOe</f> has been developed. A surface magnetic image in the ferromagnetic <f>SmCo5</f> film was measured under magnetic fields perpendicular to the sample with the SHPM. The observed images describe domain transitions consistent with the magnetization curve. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
