Abstract
- The article highlights the life of Hafiz al-Din Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Shihab bin Yusuf al-Kerderi al-Khorezmi al-Buzzazi, the political and religious situation in his time, the political reasons for the decline of the Golden Horde, Not finding a place for himself to live in the Golden Horde, scholar moved to the Ottoman Empire, discussion with scholars, the place and role of his work "Al-Fataawal-Bazzazia" in teaching jurisprudence. In addition, Buzzazi's ability to think about issues of worship in his work Al-Fatawal-Buzzazi, his analytical skills, rationalistic views on the religious precepts he gave, such as purity (takarat), prayer, fasting, tithe, alms, pilgrimage and the state treasury. In analyzing Bazzazi's views on jurisprudence, they are compared with the views of other scholars of the Abu Hanifah madhhab and studied from a scientific point of view. The emphasis is on defining his place and role in jurisprudence by substantiating the scientific nature of his views. In general, "Al-Fatawal-Buzzaziya" is one of the classics of the Hanafi school. Although Hafiz al-Din Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Shihab bin Yusuf al-Kerderi said that al-Khwarizmi al-Buzzazi did not rise to the status of absolute mujtahid, the author clarified the conclusions of fiqh scholars from the Qur'an and Sunnah. for each fiqh topic raised in al-Fatawal al-Buzzazi, he presented his ijtihad with arguments. In this context, it is clear that the author of Al-Fatawal-Buzzazia prefers rationalism. And this is manifested in the ambitions of the author of "Al-Fatawal-Buzzazia" in science.
