Abstract
- The article shares tips for solvent extraction. Measures recommended include pre-rinsing of cartridge, ensuring cartridge dryness, slower elution rates and soak times in the applications, usage of ammonium hydroxide for elutions, and adding hydrogen chloride in methyl alcohol (MeOH) to help reduce volatility of certain analytes. It suggests non-chlorinated elution solvents.
