Mapeamento de processos aplicado na estruturação do gerenciamento de projetos em empresa júnior.

Junior enterprises are powerful agents within Brazilian universities, responsible for fostering entrepreneurship and qualification of undergraduate students through the realization of advisory or consultancy projects in various areas. This research is aimed at a Trilingual Executive Secretariat junior enterprise from the State University of Maringá, which the high turnover of its members and its growth over the years caused a lack of standardization and documentation of its processes, including the project management ones. Faced with this problem, and with the question "how can the structuring of project management in the company be carried out?" the study, characterized as action research, seeks to identify the stages of project management and describe them using the flowchart and SIPOC matrix tools, in order to formalize the process within the organization. As a result there is the construction of the flowchart of the project management process, the SIPOC matrix that identifies inputs, suppliers, processes, outputs and customers of each of the phases, making it possible to identify the necessary steps for management and, this way, contribute to a better understanding of the company's current processes.
