Abstract

In the article, the authors present a case of a 47-year-old male who returned for a second caudal epidural steroid injection (CESI) using a Quinke spinal needle who developed bilateral leg weakness with gait impairments after to discuss the potential risks of CESI. He also suffered bladder incontinence and headache. Also cited is a study on the termination level of the dural sac and anatomical features of the lumdosacral region during CESI.
