Abstract

The article talks about the growing concerns in the U.S. and Canada about the pungent odors that cannabis cultivation can produce. Topics covered include the embrace by growers and regulators of new attitudes and insights into how unwelcome or offensive odors may cause harm in an effort to gain acceptance of the long-banned crop, studies on the direct physiological harm of cannabis odors, and a key lesson with regards to the monitoring, mitigating and regulating cannabis odors.
