Biküspit Aortalı Bir Adolesanda Enfektif Endokardit Gelişimi: Olgu Sunumu.

Thirteen years old male with bicuspid aortic valve was brought with high fever, abdominal pain, bruising on soles of the feet and inability to walk. The patient had high fever lasting for 3 weeks., vasculitis-like rash on the soles of the ankle and knees, hepatosplenomegaly, anemia, leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia, nonnephrotic proteinuria and positivity in acute phase reactant and reproduction in blood culture.
