The article presents a speech by Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, United Kingdom Liz Truss on the issue of world peace and prosperity with reference to Russian invasion in Ukraine. Topic discussed included the failure of economic and security structures developed after the Second World War and the Cold War, Russia not following the norms laid by NATO and need to build stronger global alliances.
