Response to commentaries on: Clarifying gambling subtypes: the revised pathways model of problem gambling.

The authors respond to commentaries on their study published within the issue which aimed to refine the pathways model subtypes of problem gambling and to revise and update the model based on the findings of studies which found support for the model's utility in classifying gambling subtypes. Topics covered include a range of risk factors considered and tested by the revised pathways model, and the relevant factors found in the model, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
