Abstract

Taking the built, under construction and planned hydropower stations in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River and their surrounding wind and light resources as the object, based on the output characteristics and complementary characteristics of hydropower, wind power and photoelectric power, and based on the principle that the access of wind power and photoelectric power does not increase: the abandoned water of hydropower, and the abandoned wind and light rate were controlled economically, the research on the integrated configuration and operation of hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the main stream of the Yellow River was carried out. Combined with the complementary operation characteristics, it made full use of the regulation capacity of hydropower, improved the utilization efficiency of transmission channel, and coordinated the local consumption and transmission. On the basis of technical feasibility and economic rationality, this paper constructed the hydropower, wind power and photoelectric configuration model and economic analysis model of the main stream of the Yellow River. Through model analysis and calculation, this paper put forward the economically reasonable proportion scheme of hydropower, wind power and photoelectric installation scale, and put forward the development goal and layout of water scenery integration in the main stream of the Yellow Rive r in 2025 and 2035.
