Rtve.es stands out for experimenting with new formats and for driving innovation. This study analyzes the streaming of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games using a new format called Twitch, which is becoming one of the main streaming platforms on social networks. The format (typology, structure, duration, and genre) and the implementation of chats (opening, moderation, and configuration) are analyzed in the study. The methodology is based on an interview with content creators and a content analysis; it concludes with an interest use pattern for working professionals and trainees. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
