Abstract

The article discusses about spatial interplay patterns of cancer nuclei and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). Topics including why improved biomarkers are required, how an image analysis can be used to capture morphologic attributes, and demonstrating how the classifier trained with NSCLC was associated in gynecological cancer.
