Abstract
- Physiological temperature is closely linked to biological processes and thus its precise sensing is essential. Lanthanide MOFs materials as fluorescence temperature sensors exhibits a plenty of advantages and have been explored as thermometers. However, the synthesis of Ln‐MOFs are usually under tough conditions and suffered from unsatisfactory water stabilities. In addition, most fluorescence thermometers are based on temperature‐dependent fluorescence intensity mechanism, which are heavily influenced by subtle changes and result in detection inaccuracy. Hence, we presented a dual‐emitting composite material MOF‐867@Eu3+@carbon dots as ratio fluorescence thermometers by simple post‐modification strategy. This prepared MOF‐867@Eu3+@CDs showed a highly splendid sensitivity in the range of 20–60 °C and showed low cell toxicity. It was expected that MOF‐867@Eu3+@CDs could be promising candidates in physiological temperature sensing application. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
