Abstract

This paperer responds to a qualitative-phenomenological research type, and it sought to know the impact of clinical simulation in the Technical Nursing program of the National Learning Service of Cali. The categories evaluated were simulation, education, learning, strategies, and evaluation. To collect information, surveys, interviews, and observation guides were used. The results of this study showed that clinical simulation has great value, and it contributes to the construction of knowledge, generating confidence, security, and practical skills for the development of tasks with real patients, being a motivating strategy that helps to gradually improve performance, allowing to maintain high standards in competencies, and helping learners to recognize, interpret and respond to situations or patient care, in a warm and humane way.
