Abstract
- Through the following project, a study is carried out on the factors that have allowed formal entrepreneurs of fast-food restaurants to recover from the crisis caused by Covid-19 in the north of Armenia, Quindío, this research being of a level descriptive with a qualitative approach; To start the work, it was important to be clear about the concepts of business turbulence and organizational recovery. Taking as support the database provided by the CCAQ, the population of interest is taken, in order to implement the research instrument, which refers to a structured survey, which contributes to the collection of pertinent information for the definition of factors and reach conclusions relevant to the job.
