Abstract
- Higher C-reactive protein (CRP) and lower albumin levels are indicators of inflammation and are associated with inflammatory disease (Balta et al., 2014; Sheikh et al., 2015). An independent indicator of erectile dysfunction is C-reactive protein/albumin ratio. The CRP-albumin ratio (CAR) may be a widely accessible, easily obtained and reproducible biomarker of inflammation for vascular diseases and related diseases such as ED. [Extracted from the article]
