Dear fellow biologists, please share your observations, we need them.

The author urges biologists to share their observations, data and knowledge for the successful management and recovery of species and their habitats. He shares his realization about gaps in knowledge and understanding of the species within the published literature and his decision to commit to publishing his experiences and observations on various aspects of species natural history or management. He pleas for the ecological and biological community to support mentorship and co-authorship.
