Abstract
- With the rapid development of biotechnology industry, microbial fermentation technology has been widely used in the production of target products. Saccharomyces cerevisiae can be used as a starting strain in the synthesis of biological products because of its simple morphology and high safety. The paper reviews the research progress of Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation, high-density fermentation technology and high-density fermentation technology of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, to provide reference for popularizing high density fermentation technology and solving practical problems in production process.
