Orbifold Stiefel-Whitney Classes of Real Orbifold Vector Bundles over Right-Angled Coxeter Complexes.

The author gives a definition of orbifold Stiefel-Whitney classes of real orbifold vector bundles over special q-CW complexes (i.e., right-angled Coxeter complexes).
