Abstract

The zinc secondary oxide produced by the reduction and volatilization of the zinc containing dust sludge rotary kiln of iron and steel enterprises is a typical secondary zinc containing resource, but this material has high residual zinc content in the leaching residue during the hydro zinc smelting process, and the zinc recovery rate is relatively low, low lead and silver enrichment rate and other problems. In this paper, the acid leaching slag produced by the hydrometallurgy process of secondary zinc oxide in a domestic factory is used as raw material, and the oxygen pressure leaching method is used to achieve the destruction and dissolution of insoluble zinc sulfide in the leaching residue, and at the same time reduce the slag rate, improve the grade of lead and silver in the leaching residue. The effects of temperature, oxygen pressure, liquid solid ratio and leaching time on zinc leaching rate were investigated. The results show that oxygen pressure leaching can greatly reduce the zinc content in the slag, improve the zinc recovery, realize the enrichment of lead and silver, and improve the grade of lead and silver in the leached final residue. The zinc leaching rate reached more than 95%, the lead content in the leaching final residue enriched to 32. 6% and the silver content enriched to 237. 2 g/t under the conditions of a temperature of 120 °C, oxygen pressure 0. 8 MPa pleaching time 120 min, liquid solid ratio 3 mL/g and stirring speed 500 r/min».
