Abstract

The article presents a case of an 11-year-old woman with a history of schizoaffective disorder who was presented in the emergency department (ED) due to visual hallucinations, flushing, dyspnea with exertion, headaches and intermittent periorbital/facial edema to discuss the unusual causes of hypertension and proteinuria. Also cited is the proper management of the patient.
