Abstract

Nilotinib has also shown an efficacy for various cerebellar ataxias [[6]], Parkinson disease dementia (PDD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) [[8]], and Alzheimer's disease (AD) [[12]]. Dear Sirs, Mutations of the cluster-Abelson (c-Abl) may lead to an enhanced protein kinase activity, increased cell proliferation, and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).
