Avaliação da usabilidade do site da Associação Brasileira de Ergonomia.

This paper presents an applied research related to the usability evaluation of the official web site of the Brazilian Ergonomics Association. The main objective was to identify usability problems and other issues for improving the interface. For this purpose, a Heuristic Evaluation (AE) was carried out with specialists and a Usability Test (UT), followed by a debriefing and, finally, a satisfaction questionnaire were performed in a group of users. It was found that, in general, the two methods (AE and UT) are complementary, as they identify in addition to several similar problems, some problems that each of the techniques alone will not allow. Also, it was verified that specialistas and the group of users noted fragilities and inadequacies aesthetics on the ABERGO'S website. Finally, as of AE and UT results and all solutions pointed by specialists were listed some guidelines considering basically the user experience to redesign the ABERGO'S website interface.
