The study analyzes the main questions of the Labor Reform envolving lesions to the personality rights, aiming to examine the protection of human dignity in the new legislation, seeking to maintain the purpose of labor law: worker protection. To this use a brief history of Labor Law is briefly approached, contextualizing it with the current panorama of Labor Law in Brazil, labor reform and personality rights, based on theoretical and descriptive research, using the inductive method, because the study starts analysing the main aspects of the Law 13.467/17, based on the personality rights, presenting as a conclusion the necessity to guarantee these rights to the Labor Reform by means of the Judiciary Power.
