Corporate Social Responsibility, furthermore as „CSR“ is becoming a highly renowed subject, not only from the perspective of a well received company brand, but also from the perception of its sustainability, the ability to attain competition and formation of a positive, either internal or external environment. The goal of the study was to analyze the impact on the amount of employees in correspondance to the actions of the company in the CSR expertise in the context of two determinants, as the components of the CSR. The investigation was formed within a questionnaire experiment in 272 companies, sorted in accordance to its amount of employees in small, mid and bigger businesses. A notably important aspect of the study is also the comparison of statistical variations in the range of these three identified types of businesses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
