Abstract
- In the article, the authors present their study on the effects of the changes implemented in hospitals in United Kingdom (UK) during the COVID-19 pandemic to the complaints filed against health services and medical professionals. Among the hospital changes are cancellation of visiting, working from home setup, and suspending elective work. Also mentioned are the National Health Service (NHS) data on medical complaints.
