Abstract
- The article explores The Native American Leadership Model is designed to help transform tribal and community leaders into servant leaders for the prosperity of the generations to come. This model is based on Native American cultural values and modern organizational management and leadership skills development theory (Gaither, 2004). It is designed to directly and intentionally address leadership characteristics and behaviors through a lens of our Native American worldview.
