Management of Pediatric Lyme Disease: Updates From 2020 Lyme Guidelines.

In the article, the authors present updates from the 2020 guidelines for the management of pediatric Lyme disease from the American College of Rheumatology, Infectious Diseases Society of America and the American Academy of Neurology. Also cited are how untreated Lyme disease could involve multiple organ systems like joints, hearts and nervous system, and the updates in the development of second-generation vaccines to prevent the disease.
