Abstract

These results suggested that compounds B 3 b , B 5 b , B 7 b , and B 8 b in the leaves of I Actinidia chinensis i (Tables 1-3) might have antioxidant activity. Compounds B 1 b (200 mg), B 2 b (100 mg), B 4 b (200 mg), and B 5 b (50 mg) were obtained from the mother liquor of component A by Sephadex column chromatography and pre-HPLC. Compound B 6 b (15 mg) was the crystals of component C. Compounds B 7 b (50 mg), B 8 b (100 mg), B 9 b (130 mg), and B 10 b (15 mg) were obtained from the mother liquor of component C by Sephadex column chromatography and pre-HPLC.
