PAPERS IN THE 1985 PRESIDENT'S SESSION.

The article presents information on the papers presented at the 1985 President's session of the Association of American Geographers was held in Detroit, Michigan. The papers were highly varied in approach, content and scale. They range in scale from a concern for improvements in the local community, to a concern with the general issue of housing in American society, to a broad critique of the political economic system within which housing and all other urban-economic problems devolve.
