Abstract

This article aims to investigate the pedagogical and didactic relationship developed in schools in Senai SENAIPR (1980-1990). It is in the first five decades of pedagogical development in SENAI schools that traditional teaching methods were developed in view of meeting the market demand for rapid worker training. From 1980 onwards, the institution began to remodel its teaching methods based on Taylorism. The research was developed based on documentary and bibliographic methodology, since the period of development of the postdoctoral stage took place directly at the pandemic moment, which restricted the methodology resource with the use of interviews. We highlight as a documentary source, the printed form produced by the students of the SENAI school in Curitiba-PR, and the departmental reports of SENAI-DN located in the Memory Center of the FIEP system (Curitiba-PR) in the Edgard Leuenroth Archive (AEL - UNICAMP).
