Abstract
- The article focuses on issues concerning literary plagiarism. It is informed that novelist Jacob Epstein copied down passages from several famous authors while writing his novel and overlooked or misplaced the attributions. Epstein's case and its coverage made publicity-starved authors across the country to confess publicly to acts of literary plagiarism. Some cases of literary plagiarism have been nothing more than fraudulent attempts to attract publicity.
