Abstract

Chapter seven contains the conclusions of the text, establishing that Finland had historically experienced higher rates of homelessness than Denmark and Ireland. The global recession, in which Ireland sought a bank bailout and cuts to youth welfare in both Ireland and Denmark. Finland is evidenced as having the most success in reducing homelessness, Ireland is least successful, and Denmark falls in between the two. [Extracted from the article]
