Abstract

The article discusses the effects of full vs. partial range of motion resistance training interventions on neuromuscular, functional, and structural adaptations has important practical relevance to the field. Topics include reflect the totality of evidence and thus require clarification; and isometric training at longer muscle lengths produced superior increases in muscle size compared to volume-equated training at short muscle lengths.
