低氧环境下菊苣酸对 SD大鼠血液学指标及心肌损伤的影响.

Abstract
- The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different density chicoric acid on hematology index and myocardial injury in SD rats. 60 healthy 6~8 w of agemale SD rats with the body weight of (192.00±7.35) g were selected. After 2 w of adaptive feeding, SD rats were randomly divided into a control group and three different density CA group (10, 20 and 40 mg/kg group), with 15 animals in each group. The experiment lasted for 49 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, feeding CA could significantly increased the blood oxygen uptake index blood oxygen partial pressure (PO2), blood oxygen saturation (SO2) ( P <0.05), oxygen-carrying index red blood cell count (RBC), hematocrit (HT), hemoglobin concentration (Hb), average hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), average hemoglobin content (MCH) ( P <0.05). CA could significantly increased the pH value of the acid-base balance index ( P <0.05), and reduced the partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PCO2), the content of anion gap (AG), the total amount of carbon dioxide (TCO2) significantly ( P <0.05). CA reduced the number of vascular injury indexes platelets (PLT) and platelet packed product (PCT) significantly ( P <0.05). CA increased the cardiac contractility indexes HWI and LVMI significantly ( P <0.05). CA reduced the levels of myocardial injury indexes lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) significantly ( P <0.05). The experiment indicates that CA can improve SD rats' blood oxygen-carrying capacity, regulate acid-base balance, improve blood vessel damage, promote cardiac contraction, alleviate myocardial damage, and enhance SDrats'adaptabilitytohigh-altitudeandlow-oxygen environments.The 40mg/kggrouphasthebesteffect.
