Abstract
- The problem of physical implementation in working and secondary standards of the atomic time scales that maximally approximate the UTC(SU) time scale is considered. The results of an analysis of the steady-state regime of automatic steering of the time scale of the hydrogen frequency standard relative to UTC(SU) are presented. A differential method of comparison of time scales based on code measurements of signals of the global navigation satellite systems is used. The parameters of the Kalman filter and of a linear quadratic regulator are calculated. A comparison of the theoretical and experimental estimates of the characteristics of the error of automatic steering is presented. The results obtained may be used to increase the precision of knowledge of the time scales of working and secondary standards. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
