Abstract

This article focuses on answering the question of whether or not there is a correlation between Financial Education funneling specifically to an individual's Personal Finance and Quality of Life at Work (QWL), from data collection through questionnaires via Google form targeting the servers of a public HEI of basic, technical and technological education. The questionnaire was divided into two approaches, section 1 that focuses more on socioeconomic issues and section 2 addressing personal finance issues and Quality of Life at Work using the Likert Scale method. With the results found it is possible to realize that despite the high level of qualification and income of respondents, there is no culture of saving and financial planning. A considerable part of the respondents spend more than their income, thus increasing the possibility of using third party resources or default. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
