Theriogenology Question of the Month.

The article presents a case of a 3-year-old Holstein Friesian cow which delivered a healthy heifer calf followed by the expulsion of an abnormal mass and fetal membranes to discuss the possible diagnosis or description for the abnormal mass and heifer calf. Based on histologic examination, there is a testicular tissue in the abnormal mass and a diagnosis of amorphus globosus and a freemartin heifer calf was made.
