Methodological approaches for preparing immunological components for diagnostic studies in ichthyopathology.

In order to control the most dangerous and common viral diseases of fish IPN, VHS and IHN in the aquaculture, it is necessary to create diagnostic kits and use it massively in veterinary practice for serological research. The present study proposes a biotechnological scheme comprising a short immunization cycle and an optimal amount of protein, which significantly reduces material costs during antigen preparation, moreover, it allows to obtain antisera with a high antibodytiter of 1:2048, which are used to prepare immunological reagents of test systems.
