Abstract

We study the bound states in the continuum (BICs) of the periodic structure with three nanobars in one lattice. It shows that both at-Γ BICs and off-Γ BICs can be modulated by the parameters of the center bar. It is also found that the number of BICs of both types are associated with the nanobar array layers, and Q factor can exceed 105. Results form FDTD and CMT are agree well, which are beneficial to the development of the optical devices based on BICs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
