Abstract

Colloquially, many patients simply refer to any form of sinonasal symptoms as "sinus" or "sinusitis", but often patients simply have a rhinitis reaction. PATIENTS AND METHODS Study design A cross-sectional study was performed of patients presenting with sinonasal symptoms to an otolaryngologist. Only those with a final diagnosis of either rhinitis or CRS were included and all patients underwent nasal endoscopy and CT. [Extracted from the article]
