The emergence of the coronavirus epidemic has had a significant impact on the world’s economic processes and on society as a whole. For the sake of continuous operation, most companies have allowed their employees to do their work from home. In order to get a more accurate picture of the impact of the coronavirus epidemic on labour market participants, the author conducted quantitative research. With the help of social media, a questionnaire published online provided me an excellent opportunity to solicit the opinion of a section of the population on the topic. The results of the responses significantly contributed to the exploration of the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the labour market and the attitudes and experiences of the stakeholders towards the home office. Based on the results of my research, the author has come to the conclusion that in the future, close cooperation between employers and employees could be able to help to eliminate the damage caused by the crisis and help to revitalize employment.
