Abstract
- The Kimura 3-parameter model is one of the most fundamental phylogenetic models in algebraic statistics. We prove that all algebraic varieties associated to this model are projectively normal, confirming a conjecture of Micha\lek. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
