Abstract
- In the article, the author discusses the Moscow Signal and Havana Syndrome, which allegedly involve the use of microwaves to spy and cause sicknesses particularly to American diplomats in foreign countries. Other topics include the symptoms of the Havana syndrome like migraines, memory loss, and dizziness, and the enactment by U.S. Congress of the Helping American Victims Afflicted by Neurological Attacks (HAVANA) Act to help victims of the syndrome.
