Abstract
- (C) Flow cytometric analysis in patient compared with healthy control, showing significantly reduced IFN- R1 expression and normal IFN- R2 expression. In a novel form of IFN-gamma receptor 1 deficiency, cell surface receptors fail to bind IFN-gamma.
