A REGRA LITÚRGICA E O JOGO SIMBOLICO.

The norms of liturgy have often been understood within a judicial horizon, bounded by positive canonical law, without necessarily taking into consideration the grounding of these norms in the complexity of human reality. Based on studies conducted by C. Lévi-Strauss, J. Henriot, E. Fink, R. Caillois, C. Duflo, E. Ortigues, R. Guardini, H. Küng, L.-M. Chauvet and M. Brulin on the play and the symbol, the present article seeks to show that, beyond the bounds established by law, the rule of liturgy is deeply rooted in the principles shared by both the social sciences and theology. Addressing this problem, in addition to contributing to the reflection on the basis of the judicial character of liturgical practices, can help to recognize liturgical life as the source of its norms.
