Abstract
- In recent decades, the interest that education systems give to mentoring has been growing, given its decisive role in professional integration. Based on the definitions offered by several researchers and the presentation of the objectives of mentoring, this article will try to analyse the way in which the relationship between the experienced teacher and the beginner is built and what are the stages to be followed.
