Abstract
- [Objective] To compare the bacterial community structure and function of the rhizosphere soil of different sugarcane varieties with different drought tolerance, provide a theoretical basis for screening, developing and utilizing beneficial functional bacteria and constructing a new sugarcane drought tolerance evaluation system. [Method] The drought-tolerant sugarcane variety Guifu 98-296 and the drought-sensitive sugarcane variety Guitang 36 were selected for barrel planting management in the facility, and the pot soil without sugarcane was used as the blank control (CK); the rhizosphere soil was collected And CK soil samples, based on MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the bacterial community structure of each soil sample. [Results] The number of dominant bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Guifu 98-296 is higher than that of CK in 7 taxonomic levels of phyla, class, order, family, genus, species and operational taxa (OTU); Guitang root 36 The number of dominant bacteria in the international soil is only higher than CK in the four classification levels of order, genus, species, and OTU; Firmicutes, Chloroflexi, Bacteroidota, Gemmatimonadetes and Nitrospirae bacteria are two sugarcane varieties in the rhizosphere soil and The dominant bacterial phyla shared by CK soil; Guifu 98-296 rhizosphere soil is also enriched in bacterial phylum Chlorocurcus, Actinomycota, and Blastomonas that can improve the drought tolerance of plants, and its abundance accounts for The ratio is higher than the corresponding bacterial phyla of Guitang 36; at the genus classification level, Actinomadura, norank c A ctinobacteria, unclassified o F rankiales and norank o J G30-KF-CM45 are 2 sugarcane varieties The dominant genus of rhizosphere soil; compared with Guitang 36, norank f N itrosomonadaceae and norankc A ctinobacteria is a genus of dominant bacteria in Guifu 98-296 rhizosphere soil. [Conclusion] Compared with the drought-sensitive sugarcane variety Guitang 36, the rhizosphere soil of the drought-tolerant sugarcane variety Guifu 98-296 is enriched in the rhizosphere soil with a high abundance and has the function of improving plant resistance. Dominant bacterial phyla such as Actinomycetes and Blastomonas; At the same time, it is also enriched with unique dominant bacterial genera such as unclassified Actinomyces and Streptomyces chlortetracycline, and has more signal molecules and interactions. Features. The unique dominant bacteria genera norank f N itrosomonadaceae and norank c A ctinobacteria enriched in the rhizosphere soil of Guifu 98-296 are expected to be developed and utilized as alternative functional bacteria to improve the drought tolerance of sugarcane.
