Abstract

Teacher training is a priority need, especially in the use of technologies. This document provides evidence of an academic intervention through the Diploma Course of Innovation in Processes of Educational Management through the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) so that the academic staff of the University Center of the North of the University of Guadalajara acquires comprehensive skills for their job performance.
