Abstract

The article explores how is a patient suspected to have hypoparathyroidism, sensorineural deafness, and renal dysplasia (HDR) syndrome diagnosed. Topics include the diagnosis of HDR syndrome is based on the manifestation of hypoparathyroidism, deafness, and kidney dysplasia; and transplantation would reduce the frequency of recurrent pancreatitis in our case by reducing the uremic toxins.
